For once I reply immediately!
The Shannon portrait was in the possession of the late John Quinn - What became of it after his death in 1922 (?) I do not know — It was probably sold with all his other pictures [p.1 verso] books etc. after his death. My memory since that op. etc has become very bad. But I think I am correct about Quinn!! And I don't think Augusta ever had it ———
