summer plans at Ballylee; read a play she wrote to WB who 'thought there
was a play in it' but condemned the final scene; mentions Elspeth de Courcy Wheeler and Walter Rummel; recounts production of Bernard Shaw's
'Heartbreak House' by The Dublin Drama League; describes WB Yeats's
disappointment at Ireland's defeat by
Wales in football.
